Instructions for New Exhibitors
There are two ways to book your stand for an exhibition. Both methods are convenient and easy to use:
(1) Online Stand Application NEW
(2) Stand Application by Fax
Please note that we recommend you to you use our NEW Online Stand Application as it is more convenient, efficient and available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and allows you to select location of your stand online.
If you would like to view all the available information about the exhibition (prices, locations, sponsors, etc.), you can find it by clicking on “details” under the logo of a corresponding exhibition in exhibitions calendar.
(1) Online Stand Application NEW (Client Registration required):
Step 1: Select an exhibition in which you like to participate in from our Calendar of Exhibitions.
Step 2: Click on “Book Stand online” under the exhibition logo.
Step 3: Fill in the obligatory Profile Registration Form, unless done so already.
Step 4: Fill in the Online Space Application Form (everything is explained on the form).
Step 5: Revise your order to avoid any mistakes.
Step 6: Choose location of your stand within the Online Exhibition Hall Plan. NEW
Step 7: Select Sponsorship Packages and Advertisements.
Step 8: Read and accept the Rules and Regulations.
Step 9: You may submit your order, however; we recommend you to proceed to Technical Facilities (Step 10)
Step 10: Customize your stand (add furniture, equipment, electrical appliances) and draw Plan of Your Stand online. NEW
Step 11: Review and select any Additional Technical Facilities & Services that you may require (interpreter, security, cleaning, etc). NEW
Step 12: Print your stand application, Order for Additional Technical Facilities & Services, and Plan of your Stand for your records.
Step 13: Select available payment options and method of payment (by credit card or upon receipt of invoice). You will be notified of your order by e-mail.
Note: A payment of minimum 35% is obligatory for secure stand booking and space reservation.
(2) Stand Application by Fax (Client Registration not required):
Step 1: Select an exhibition in which you like to participate in from our Calendar of Exhibitions.
Step 2: Click on “Details” under the exhibition logo.
Step 3: Click on “Information for participation” on the left hand side.
Step 4: Become acquainted with Rules and Regulations.
Step 5: Download “Application contract” and “Information letter” (Adobe Acrobat files).
Step 6: Fill in the application contract directly from your computer with Acrobat Reader. (You may download a free version of this program by clicking on the link provided) or you may print an empty application and fill it in by hand.
Step 7: Please fax or send the completed application to the address shown on the application, or to any of our offices located nearest to you. You can find full list of fax numbers in the Information Letter, available in PDF format.
