How to Apply for an Exhibition?

To participate in PRIMUS EXHIBITIONS GROUP exhibitions, fill in the interactive space application contract for the chosen exhibition directly from this site, book a stand, choose the place for your stand in the exhibition hall, submit the layout of your stand, place your furniture and equipment on the stand, and order any additional technical facilities online. Our system works 24 hours round the clock, 7 days per week. You can interrupt the process any time, log in later and change your order.

You can also download the application contract in PDF, complete it on your PC (the system calculates the total amount for your stand automatically), print the form, and send it to us per fax or mail.

Why do I Need Online Registration?

After you input all the information about yourself the system will remember all the data, so if you want to access the site next time you do not have to restart at the beginning. Registered clients will also be able to apply for the exhibition e-mail news or sign up for an exhibition field.


What Documents Should Exhibiting Companies be Aware of?

Companies wanting to participate in a Primus Exhibitions Group exhibition should be aware of the regulations on General Conditions of participation in the exhibition. Online registration will not be successful if the exhibitor is not acquainted with the rules given at the beginning of the online registration.


What does Participation in the Exhibitions Include?
  • cost for the rent of exhibition space (base rate): indoor equipped space; indoor space only, or outdoor space;
  • surcharge for a stand located in the most prestigious or central place (+10% above base rate);
  • surcharge for the stand type:
      • inline booth (opening onto alley): 0% (no surcharge);
      • corner (opening onto 2 alleys): +10% on base rate;
      • peninsular (opening onto 3 alleys): +15% on base rate;
      • island (opening onto 4 alleys): +20% on base rate;
      • double floor as arranged with the Organizers: +30% on base rate;
  • Compulsory Registration Fee (registration, catalogue listing in the official Exhibition Catalogue – max. 60 words in English and 60 words in Ukrainian, 50 complimentary tickets, 2 tickets for gala dinner);
  • Insurance (compulsory exhibition insurance and civil liability).

What does Indoor Equipped-Space, Indoor Space Only and Outdoor Space Only Include?

I
ndoor equipped-space includes: rear and side walls, carpet, fascia (company name), aisle cleaning, pavilion security (for space more than 12 m – 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 spot-light, waste basket).

Indoor space only includes: space only without carpet, aisle cleaning, pavilion security.

Outdoor space only includes: space only, security.


How to Order Additional Technical Facilities (Rental Furniture, Electric Appliances, Water Supply, etc)?

To order the necessary technical facilities open the link “Details” in the exhibition calendar under the logo of the corresponding exhibition, then in the exhibition’s menu open the “Information for participants” link – here you can become acquainted with additional technical facilities and order all necessities.


How to Submit Information About your Company for Inclusion in the Exhibition’s Official Catalogue?

Include information about your company’s activity in the 60-word text, not counting the requisite elements of the company in English plus your LOGO. Send information by e-mail to advert@primus.kiev.ua or deliver to the office of PRIMUS UKRAINE (6-B, Prospect Geroev Stalingrada, Kiev, Ukraine).

You can also order block advertisements in the Exhibition’s Official Catalogue. Advertisement models should be provided to PRIMUS UKRAINE’s office on CD-R, CD-RW or ZIP (100 МВ) disks in TIFF-format, 300 dpi for PC.

Please note: placement of advertisements on the 2nd and 3rd pages of the catalogue cover increases the cost by 30%, and on the 4th by 60%. If the catalogue has two covers, this extra charge is also valid for pages of the second cover. On the first page of the second cover the markup is 60%.


How Safe is it to Pay for Participation by Credit Card?

Payment by credit card is organized by the well–known and acknowledged system Pay-Pal, which has a licence to use frequently used credit cards with well-protected software equipment and systems for data encoding (http://www.paypal.com). The well-known user www.e-bay.com has used this convenient system for many years.

NOTE: owners of credit cards issued by banks of Ukraine, Russia, and some other countries may not be able to use PayPal for Internet payments. Countries which can use PayPal are listed in http://www.paypal.com


Which Primus Exhibition Group Office Should an Exhibiting Company Contact if it Wants to Participate in an Exhibition?

You can find the full list of Primus Exhibition Group offices, agencies and representatives in 19 countries of the world on the company website www.theprimus.com. You can receive more detailed information about exhibitions by contacting the Company Head Office in Toronto, Canada.

Do Exhibiting Charges Differ Between Primus Offices?

All Primus Exhibition Group offices have the same charges as officially given on this website.


Is Participation in Exhibitions in Absentia Possible?

Participation in exhibitions in absentia is possible. In this case participants pay only the registration fee and can leave their materials (brochures, prospects etc.) on the Organizers’ stand for visitor familiarization.


How Are Customs Services and Goods Delivery Performed?

For Ukrainian participants:

“SK Expo Company” is the official exhibition forwarder for Ukrainian Companies and for foreign Exhibitors transporting their freight on their own account. Please contact the official forwarder for all matters related to forwarding services and customs clearance of your freight, on-loading/off-loading of cargo at the exhibition site, and current tariffs:

How to Order a Personal Entrance Ticket for Visiting the Exhibition?

To order an entrance ticket open the “Details” link in the calendar under the logo of the proper exhibition, then open the link “Order complimentary e-ticket,” fill in the required fields and send your request to the organizers. You will receive a personal e-ticket by e-mail free of charge, which you have to print. This document is the entrance ticket with an individual ID. The printed e-ticket is to be shown at the exhibition hall entrance.

ATTENTION!
Making copies, giving or selling your e-ticket to third persons is forbidden. At the registration stand PRIMUS EXHIBITIONS GROUP representatives will compare the ID of your ticket to the registered IDs in our database and make the final decision about your admission to the exhibition.
How to get the Exhibition Catalogue?

Trade visitors can receive the official exhibition catalogue in exchange for their business card or by completing the visitor questionnaire on the registration stand. Visitors also receive name badges with the catalogue.
